OFFICIAL TERMS, CONDITIONS & RULES:

By submitting this entry you accept and agree to comply with these Official Terms, Conditions & Rules (“Terms”) of the “Giveaway” promotion (“Promotion”). This Promotion is sponsored by SmarTravel, and its affiliates and co-sponsors (located in DC, IL, IN, NJ, and PA) (“Sponsor”). No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win, nor will any purchase or payment improve the odds of winning. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law and where any applicable legal requirements have not been met. ELIGIBILITY: Participants must be at least 25-years of age with a minimum annual household income of $50,000. Sponsor, employees, their immediate family members and individuals involved in any aspect of the Promotion are ineligible. One entry per household will be eligible. Promotion Period is from 01/01/15 to 12/31/15 and entries must be received no later than 12/31/15. ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning each prize depend on total number of eligible entries received throughout the entire Promotion Period and each eligible entry has an equal chance of winning. SELECTION OF WINNERS: One (1) Grand Prize Winner and one (1) winner of each Secondary Prize will be selected in a random drawing of all eligible entries on or before 02/01/16 at Sponsor’s address. Sponsor will make a reasonable attempt to promptly notify all winners; however, in the event Sponsor is unable to contact any winner within a reasonable time, an alternate winner will be selected and notified. GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive their choice of (a) the display item, (b) the display prize item and cash (the ARV of display prize and cash awarded not to exceed $50,000), or (c) $50,000 cash. SECONDARY PRIZES: Hi-Def Flat Screen TV (ARV $1000); $1,000 gift card (face value); Fantasy Trip is up to $1500 airfare, 3 nights hotel, and $500 spending money (ARV $3,000); Sports/Music Fanatic Giveaway 4 tickets to any sporting/music event up to $1,000 value. FEES: No money, fees, or other consideration is required to be paid to SmarTravel/Sponsor to receive, use or redeem any prize. To the extent permitted by applicable law, prize winners are required to pay applicable taxes and fees to third parties, including automobile pickup/delivery and registration fees. Secondary prizes cannot be traded or exchanged for the retail cash value of the prize. Sponsor reserves right to replace any prize with an alternate prize of equivalent value. OTHER: By entering, you agree that disputes related to this Promotion will be governed by Pennsylvania law, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction thereof by Pennsylvania’s courts. Except where prohibited by law, each winner will be required to complete affidavits of eligibility, liability and publicity releases and each winner’s acceptance of prize constitutes their agreement for Sponsor to use their name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice, city and state, for advertising purposes, in all forms of media now and hereafter known, throughout the universe, without compensation. This Promotion may be promoted in other states or areas under different promotional names. For official rules, names of previous winners (90 days after completion of Promotion), privacy policies, and opt-out policies, mail a request (with self-addressed stamped envelope) to SmarTravel at Attn: Giveaway, 264 Highland Park Blvd., Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702. SALES PRESENTATION / GIFT GIVEAWAYS: By entering this Promotion, you consent, request, and agree for Sponsor and its affiliates and co-sponsor dealership posted on display vehicle to contact you by phone (calls may be monitored and recorded), automated phone equipment and/or pre-recorded messages, mail, and e-mail about this Promotion and their travel and automobile related goods and services. If eligible, Sponsor may contact you to attend a sales presentation (approx. 60 min.) about Sponsor’s travel-related goods and services. Attendees at the sales presentation will receive one (1) gift of either (1) a 2-night getaway (verifiable retail value $200-$250) or (2) a 4-day/3-night cruise for two passengers (verifiable retail value $1000 - $1500). These gifts, to benefit you, require your time and transportation expense. These gifts and any other Sponsor gifts may require advance reservations, may have blackout dates or limited availability and may require a $99 per-person refundable security deposit. Traveler MUST PAY taxes, TRAVEL FEES INCLUDING port charges and security fees, which vary but may total $189-$225 per person. Sponsor gifts are not a prize that you have won and are subject to change at Sponsor’s discretion..
