Special Events Marketing Representative

Job Description

SmarTravel is seeking energetic and organized individuals to join the efforts of our Indianapolis promotional marketing department. We are a promotional sponsor for major events in the Indianapolis area. We work with several venues such as Banker's Life Fieldhouse, Indiana Ice, Live Nation, Naptown Roller Girls, Feld Entertainment, Indiana Pacers, and etc. This is an excellent opportunity to grow with an expanding company. The position will be part-time, the hours will depend on when the events occur and will exist primarily evenings and weekends. Compensation includes an hourly rate, commissions, and bonuses.

Duties:

• Initiate and manage new referrals from event participants
• Promote SmarTravel prize campaigns
• Ensures achievement of event marketing goals
• Maintain Venue requirements
• Complete other projects assigned upon request

No promotional or marketing experience necessary, but helpful. We will train the right person. Our promotional staff is paid hourly plus commission & bonus opportunities. Please send a resume by applying thru the link.
